Our employees, providers, contractors and business associates are trained to uphold our values and our commitments to comply with our Compliance Plan and Code of Conduct.

Reporting Compliance, Fraud, Waste, or Abuse
Guidant Health embraces and adheres to business and professional practice standards consistent with applicable state and federal law, regulatory, and contractual requirements to help mitigate health care fraud, waste and abuse within our network.
Employees and providers are required by law, our code of conduct, compliance plan, and company policies to notify the compliance officer/privacy officer about any suspected fraud, waste, abuse, and noncompliance. It is our promise that all reports will be taken seriously and investigated in a timely manner.
